This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioners/ proposed defendants 5 to 7, assailing the order, dated 10.07.2013, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gooty, passed in I.A.No.No.221 of 2013 in O.S.No.78 of 2006.

There is no representation for the petitioners. The Registry brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was dismissed without costs on 20.06.2016. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
