THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.41579 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri T. Srinivasa Murthy, Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri J. Anil Kumar, Learned Counsel for the respondents would agree that an order, similar to that passed in W.P. No.36589 of 2015 dated 10.12.2015, be passed in this Writ Petition also. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, the petitioner shall pay tax on the value of the goods detained, and deposit two times penalty. The amount, deposited towards penalty, shall be subject to the penalty proceedings, if any, instituted by the respondent. It is open to the respondents to verify whether the goods have left the State of Telangana and, if the goods are disposed of within the State, to then take action in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
