HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.1770 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 19.12.2013 placing the petitioner under suspension is challenged in this writ petition and this Court vide order dated 27.01.2014 granted interim suspension and by virtue of the said interlocutory order, the petitioner is being continued and the suspension order dated 19.12.2013 has not been given effect to.

In view of the same, this court is of the considered view that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 27.01.2014, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 27.01.2014. However, liberty is given to the respondents to initiate proceedings against the petitioner in accordance with law, if they intend to do so. No order as to costs.
