Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the competent Court.

Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent Court, for redressal of his grievance, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
