The Court made the following: ORDER
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SIJREI'IDER ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 432 of the Code of Criminal Prccedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersrespondent \.los.2 to 4 to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.185 of 2022 pending on the file of le:arnecl lV l,letropolitan Magistrate, l-yderabad. The offences alleged agains: them are under Section 12 o'the Protection of women from the dornestic violence Act .\ 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Pulrlic Prosecutor for the respondent - State. F'erused the record.

Learnec counsel for the petitioners confine:: nis prayer to dispense with the attendance of the petitioners here n - respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Thus, h lving regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the atterdance of the petitioners herein - respcnCent Nos.2 to 4 is dispensed with in DVC No.1B5 of 2022 pending on the file of learned IV Me:ropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, whrrn represented by their counsel on record. The attendance of the petitionersrespondent No:.2 to 4 is dispensed with subject to fili,rq an affidavit
K5,J Crl.Petition No.11655 of Z0Zz by the petitioners stating that in their absence the proceedings conducted by their counsel will not be disputed by them in any manner and also they shall not dispute their identity. However, the petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate as and when their presence is required. In the event of the petitioners failure to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing their attendance would stand cancelled.
