THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1013 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor has handed over the counter-affidavit in the Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Pursuant to order dated 16.06.2017, whereby stated that as per the proceedings dated 07.07.2017, a representation was made by the petitioner has been considered by recording that the application which was filed on 13.07.2015 cannot be considered for correction of clerical errors as it was not filed within six months from the date of Award i.e., 31.08.2013.

2. In view of the proceedings dated 07.07.2017, I hereby discharge the respondent/contemnor from the contempt proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 07.07.2017, he may challenge the same before appropriate authority.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
