THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34433 OF 2018 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Roads and Buildings, Revenue and Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and 6 to 8 respectively, Sri Y.Rama Rao and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5 respectively, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC that the GHMC authorities are only undertaking the work of cleaning of footpaths and, if any unauthorised structures are existing in the Government property, necessary action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GHMC authorities not to resort to any sort of demolition without recourse to law and without issuing any notice. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
