This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 13.7.2015 passed in I.A.No.124 of 2015 in O.S.No.422 of 2004 on the file of the Court of IX Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 06.4.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the very purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
