THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Appeal No.1362 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) After arguing for sometime, Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, would submit that, instead of adjudicating the appellant's contentions on merits, it would suffice if this Court were to direct the I Additional District Judge, Nalgonda, on whose file CMA No.7 of 2014 (preferred against the order of temporary injunction granted in I.A.No.302 of 2012 in O.S.No.73 of 2012 dated 14.03.2014) is pending to hear the CMA at the earliest, and dispose it of in accordance with law.

Both Sri M.Venkatram Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent-writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home would readily agree for such an order to be passed.

We consider it appropriate, in such circumstances, to request the I Additional District Judge, Nalgonda to hear and decide CMA No.7 of 2014, pending on his file, with utmost expedition uninfluenced by any observations made in the order under appeal.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
