HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1069 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 20.06.2012 in I.A.No.430 of 2012 in O.S.No.146 of 2012 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ongole, whereunder the application filed by plaintiff for grant of temporary injunction is dismissed.

2. As seen from the office note, suit in O.S.No.146 of 2012 was disposed of on 22.12.2014. In view of the dismissal of suit, nothing survives this appeal for adjudication.

3. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
