Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in allegedly interfering with the civil litigation between the petitioner and respondent No.4 in respect of the institution viz. World Missionary Evangelism of India, covered by suit in O.S.No.140 of 2017, this Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, would submit that the allegations are false and, when the parties approached respondent No.3, he advised them to approach Civil Court to sort out their remedies. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
