Korri Pochaiah, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.39314 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The request of the petitioner made in this Writ Petition is very limited. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring Acs.0.35 guntas in Survey No.383/A of Gudi Pampu, Yellareddipet Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District. The petitioner states that he was given pattadar pass book, title deeds and pahanies, but however, as they are not traceable, he made an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sircilla, Karimnagar District, the 2nd respondent, for issuance of the copies of the said documents. The application of the petitioner was also marked to the District Collector, Karimnagar District, the 3rd respondent, but alleging that no action is taken by the respondents, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has to make appropriate application before the Tahsildar, Yellareddipet Mandal, Karimnagar, the 4th respondent, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to make an appropriate application before the 4th respondent.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the
4th respondent by paying requisite fee and on receipt of such application, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
