When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that, on receipt of the complaint by the petitioner herein, the Station House Officer, Jammalamadugu/3rd respondent herein registered Cr.No.482 of 2018 under Sections 454 and 380 IPC and the investigation is under progress.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
