THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.11310 of 2011 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri T.S. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 01.03.2017 to the Registry stating that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel further states that liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to approach the higher authorities for appropriate relief. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 26.04.2011 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
