THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14829 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.149 of 2016 of Police, I Town Police Station, Siddipet, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (TS) brought to the notice of this court that the police investigated into the crime and filed charge sheet and the same was registered as C.C. No.84 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet.

In view of filing charge sheet, the Crime No.149 of 2016 cannot be quashed at this stage. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
