This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 7 in the Court below, seeking for quash of proceedings in C.C.No.3092 of 2010 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Redhills, Nampally, Hyderabad.

None appears for the petitioners but the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/complainant draws the attention of this Court, to a compromise memo, dated 14.10.2017, filed by both the parties; from which, it is evident that the parties have entered into a compromise. Therefore, the Crl.P.M.P. No.12713 of 2017, seeking to allow the Criminal Petition, is ordered.

Hence, in terms of the said compromise, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C. No.3092 of 2010 are quashed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
