The case of the petitioners is that they have filed representation dated 25.09.2016 for grant of assignment pattas in respect of the land in Survey No.307/1 of Yatakal Village, Aspari Mandalam, Kurnool District which is in possession and enjoyment of the petitioners. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
