When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the parties in the subject crime were compromised and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

2) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
