Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, for 3rd respondent.

The petitioners' grievance is that they have given a representation dt.11.09.2018 to the 3rd respondent for grant of lease of certain land which is under the management of respondents, and that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, appearing for 3rd respondent, states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
