This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.275 of 2013 of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter dated 29-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Osmania University Police Station, would submit that Charge Sheet was filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.99 of 2014 and pending on the file of 13th AC MM, Hyderabad and prayed to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
