Ltd., Ramagundam, Karimnagar District. .....RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri V SREE RANGA RAO presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ Mandamus declaring the Advance Intimation of Retirement in Ref. RG 3 / OCI/ MGR/ P.012/2060, dt. 02-5-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, contrary to documentary evidence, unjust, null and void, and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service till he attains the age of superannuation taking his date of birth as 20-4-1958;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V SREE RANGA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and SRI NANDIGAMA KRISHAN RAO Advocate for the Respondents and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition; You viz ;
