This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners 1 and 2/accused Nos.1 and 6 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.174 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Anantapur Rural Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 324, 506 read with 149 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
