THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.9028 of 2011 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against frequent calling of him by 2nd respondent to police station and threatening to implicate him in criminal cases in relation to an alleged civil dispute, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that with the passage of time, the petitioner does not press the prayer and seeks the liberty to work out remedies, if respondent Nos.1 and 2 interfere with his right contrary to law. The statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
