No representation for petitioner on 27.04.2016 as well as today.

The petitioner prays for mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to initiate action against the 6th respondent U/sec. 116 A of IPC for failing to add necessary Sections in Crime No.163 of 2013.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that on 14.09.2013, the respondents after due investigation found lack of evidence and filed final report before IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

In view of the above development, this Court of the view that the writ petition prayer is rendered infructuous. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
