Heard Sri V.Ramakrishna Reddy, for Petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Panchayat Raj) for Respondents. 2.

The petitioner filed W.P.No.25368 of 2012 challenging the proceedings impugned in this writ petition as well, however, with a different set of grounds. Be that as it may, W.P.No.25368 of 2012 was disposed of by order dt. 17.12.2012.

Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy, having regard to the order dt. 17.12.2012 in W.P.No.25368 of 2012, does not press the writ prayer, seeks liberty to challenge the proceedings subject to outcome of revision filed before the Government, or as the circumstances may arise in the course of time. 4.

The statement is placed on record, and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
