HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31816 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner as Computer Operator or any other equivalent post under the control of the respondents by taking into consideration of more than (9) years of service as Computer Operator on outsourcing basis with all consequential benefits, by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for absorption as Computer Operator or any other post as per his past experience and further not continuing the petitioner in service to accommodate others as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Since the petitioner has submitted representation dated 22.02.2017 ventilating his grievance in writ petition which is pending before the respondents, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the competent authority to dispose of the said representation, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
