It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the concerned police having completed the investigation filed charge sheet against the non-petitioner/A1 only, and in so far as the petitioners/A2 to A5, A7 to A10 are concerned no charge sheet has been filed, and hence the matter has become infructous. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
