HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10204 of 2018 ORDER :
As it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that all the offences are bailable, the very anticipatory bail application is not maintainable from that contention. Leave about in the event of arrest of the petitioners, the petitioners can approach the Juvenile Justice Board for passing any release order or bail, as the case may be, from the very wording of Sections 31 and 34 of the POCSO Act. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 4th October 2018.
