O R D E R

Sri D.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that his client failed to comply with the conditional order dated 05.01.2017 passed by this Court in the present writ petition in its entirety. He further states that owing to her failure, the respondent bank initiated further steps in the matter and therefore this writ petition, as framed, has become infructuous. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to invoke appropriate remedies in accordance with law as regards further cause of action, if any. Interim order dated 05.01.2017 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
