HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 3729 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in digging the tank in Sy.No.296 in an extent of Ac.0.50 cents of Tekkellapadu Village, Pedakakani Mandal, Guntur District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 09.01.2017." At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners submitted representation, dated 09.01.2017, to the District Collector and requests the Court to direct the respondents to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation, dated 09.01.2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
