THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.9613 of 2014 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that his father died on 20.07.1980; that at that time, not being aware of the procedure for incorporation of the event in the Register of Birth and Death, no action has been taken by him; that subsequently, he made an application for incorporating in the Register of Birth and Death maintained by the 2nd respondent that his father had died in 1980; the 3rd respondent had recommended to the 2nd respondent by proceedings in R.O.C.No.255/2012 dt.04.07.2012 for incorporating the name of petitioner's father in the Register of Birth and Death, 1980; but that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said report dt.04.07.2012 of the 3rd respondent and take appropriate action in that regard within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said report dt.04.07.2012 of the 3rd
