HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9746 of 2014 ORDER :
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.146 of 2012 of Kadam Police Station, Adilabad District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 465 I.P.C.
2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed the charge sheet after investigation and the petition since filed against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.
3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, including filing of Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice to represent one on behalf of all other accused, is left open to the petitioners.
4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
