This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.30.07.2012 in I.A.No.354 of 2012 in O.S.No.1204 of 2008 passed by III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereby the Court dismissed the petition filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC to implead respondent No.2/ V.G.T.M.

Urban Development Authority as defendant No.2 in the suit.

During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 28.08.2013 by III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District. Therefore, the cause shown in the petition does not survive for consideration and it became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
