HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.C. No.2779 OF 2018 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed against respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.07.2018 in W.P. No.24571 of 2018.

The stand taken in the counter affidavit reads thus: "...It is humbly submitted that respondents have complied the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 19.07.2018 in W.P. No.24571/ 2018 and taken immediate action and issued orders to the Tahsildar, Palasamudram to take steps for eviction of the encroachment and Tahsildar has informed that she has removed the encroachments in S.No.37/5C extent 0.16 cents.

Therefore, the order of this Hon'ble court is fully complied with."
