Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahabubnagar, has taken cognizance in Calendar Case No.693 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition would become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the petition, stand closed.
