This petition is filed under Section 451 read with 482 Cr.P.C. to release the auto bearing No.AP 23 U 6377 which is seized in Crime No.34 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagdevpur Police Station, Siddipet District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
