The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to conclude the tender process in pursuance of tender notification dated 03.09.2-018, in terms of guidelines laid down under G.O.Ms.No.325 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (M1) Department, dated 01.11.2011.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health and Sri G.Subba Rao, learned counsel appearing for Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for unofficial respondent No.5, also concede that the tender process has to be concluded in terms of G.O.Ms.No.325 dated 01.11.2011. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to follow the guidelines laid down under G.O.Ms.No.325 dated 01.11.20111 and conclude the tender process in pursuance of tender notification dated 03.09.2018, strictly in accordance with rules.
