CVNR, J & TA, J CMA.No.115 of 2011 Dt:29.8.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order, dated 14.9.2010 in I.A.No.500 of 2010 in O.S.No.80 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. The Registry has placed before the Court the Internet copy of status of O.S.No.80 of 2010, a perusal of which shows that the said suit itself was disposed of on 08.4.2015. As the appeal is filed against an interlocutory order pending the suit, with the disposal of the said suit, the appeal itself has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP.No.273 of 2011 filed for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
