THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11016 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that no cell tower is erected on the 4th floor in Plot No.7 bearing H.No.1-2-38/L/7, situated at Lake View Colony, Hydernagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
