HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.33270 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in canceling the ration card bearing No.365360894790 (old WAP1679912 A0277) Ward No.1, Circle No.IX, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition granting liberty to make representation to the second respondent.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent. If the petitioner makes such a representation, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the same in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
