The only relief sought by the petitioner in this revision is to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a timeframe.

2. Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of the relief prayed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. It appears that the evidence on the side of the plaintiff is already over. The matter stands posted for defendants' evidence for the past more than a year. Therefore, the revision is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
