HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14255 OF 2017 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they have filed revision before the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District against the orders dated 11.06.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent dismissing the application of the petitioners for rectification of entries. In the said revision, the Joint Collector by order dated 11.11.2016 directed the petitioners to file appeal before the 2nd respondent and that the petitioners filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 11.06.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. But, no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent in the said appeal filed by the petitioners till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regard entries in revenue records.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
