This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: " ... to issue a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 4th respondent in allowing the third parties for payment of compensation under Land Acquisition Proceedings instead of the petitioners' without considering the representations dated 25.5.2017 submitted to the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also in violation of the right to property guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representations dated 25.5.2017 of the petitioners, in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as it deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record. Having considering the submissions of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, if at all the proposed land of the petitioners is sought for acquisition.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
