This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.38752 of 2014 dated 17.12.2014. Now, the main Writ Petition itself is disposed of by a common order dated 21.09.2016. In view of the same, learned counsel for the respondents submits that they will implement the order dated 21.09.2016 within the time specified therein. In view of the same, no further proceedings are necessary in the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
