HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34634 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting survey and demarcate the land of the petitioners in Survey No.745, admeasuring Acs.12.20 guntas, situated at Mankhal village, Maheshwaram mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with the petitioners' F-Line petitions dated 29.11.2017 and 31.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that though the F-line petitions are submitted long back, till date the respondents have not conducted survey and demarcation of the said land. 5.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said F-Line petitions are still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with for conducting survey and demarcation, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to deal with the F-Line petitions submitted on 29.11.2017 and 31.07.2018 and conduct survey and demarcation of the land referred to above, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by the Government, from time to time and in accordance with the provisions of law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all concerned.
