HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10385 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6 to 8; and Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. 2.
When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted a representation to the District Collector, Suryapet District, on 10.11.2016, but so far no action has been taken on the same.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj submits that the said representation will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - District Collector to consider the representation dated 10.11.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
