Both these Civil Revision Petitions are being disposed of by way of this common order as the issue raised in these Revision Petitions is one and the same.

Heard Sri D.Aniketh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appears for the respondents in spite of service of notice on the respondents as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

It has been contended by the petitioners that the petitioners have filed an application in I.A.No.1790 of 2019 in I.A.No.241 of 2017 in O.S.No.1766 of 2006 before the Court below to send the suit document viz., original unregistered agreement dt.14-03-2002 to the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District for getting validation and also filed an application in I.A.No.254 of 2022 in O.S.No.1766 of 2006 to direct the Court below to return the said document so as to enable them to get it validation. But the Court below has rejected the said I.As.

AKS,J C.R.P.Nos.3139 & 3148 of 2022 Therefore, appropriate orders be passed in the Revision Petitions directing the Court below to return the document so as to enable the petitioners to get it validated before the District Registrar. 4.

In view of the above said submission, the Court below is directed to return the said document viz., original unregistered agreement dt.14-03-2002 to the petitioners so as to enable them to get it validated as per the Indian Stamps Act, 1899 by the Registrar concerned.

With these observations, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
