This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in renewing the petitioner's contract as Field Assistant in Madhavaram Village, Sidhout Mandal, Kadapa District as per the report of three men committee dated 20.06.2017 in Rc.No.SA/10/MGNRESGS/17 as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. R.Padma Rekha, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent produced written instructions vide proceedings in Rc.No.HR/3742/2015, dated 19.09.2017, which goes to show that the grievance of the petitioner was redressed. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
