HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15334 of 2016 ORDER :

It is the allegation of the petitioner that petitioner and respondent No.4 are inter-related, petitioner being the adopted son of one Perisetti and respondent No.4 being the natural son of said Perisetti. Obviously there are inter se disputes between petitioner and respondent No.4. Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is only to the effect that in R.S.No.315/1, respondent No.4 is making constructions without there being any permission from the Panchayat as required under the Panchayat Raj Act. To that effect, he had also made a representation on 10.02.2016 to the 3rd respondent for consideration and he seeks this Court to direct the 3rd respondent to consider his representation and pass orders.

Without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 10.02.2016 made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
