This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking a direction to the Court of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, to number the petition filed by him for relaxation of conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail to him and to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .
In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused has filed a petition before the Court of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, seeking for relaxation of conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail to him on 23.08.2018. The said petition was returned raising some objection on 24.08.2018. The petitioner/ accused resubmitted the said petition on 31.08.2018 and the said petition was again returned on 06.09.2018 stating that the objection dated 24.08.2018 was not complied.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ accused is directed to resubmit the petition for relaxation of conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail to him and on such resubmission, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, is directed to
consider the same on merits within a period of seven (07) days from the date of resubmission.
